In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "xn888", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the xn888 platform accessible at https://xn888.cam, incorporated and licensed under the laws of its licensing jurisdiction.
• "Platform" means the xn888 website, mobile web application, and any associated services, tools, or content provided by xn888.
• "User", "you", or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the xn888 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the xn888 Platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) amount held in a User's xn888 Account at any given time, comprising deposited real money and any awarded bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or deposit-match bonuses credited to a User's Account, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that xn888 requires all Users to complete before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover a User must generate on eligible games or markets before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency accepted on the xn888 Platform.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all xn888 operational hours, transaction timestamps, and draw schedules unless otherwise stated.

To register and maintain an Account on xn888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xn888 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Access to and use of the Platform by persons under 21 is absolutely prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or in which xn888 has separately restricted access. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of xn888 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible-gaming restriction on the xn888 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be the legal owner or authorized holder of the payment method you use to deposit funds into your Account.

xn888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by xn888 may result in Account suspension and withholding of any outstanding balance pending investigation.

Each eligible person may register and hold only one (1) Account on the xn888 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all registration fields, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and payment method information. You further agree to maintain and update this information promptly whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying xn888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

xn888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your credentials with any third party.

xn888 is required under its licensing obligations to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before a User's first withdrawal request is processed, and may be requested at any time at xn888's discretion, including following unusual account activity or when required by applicable regulatory obligations.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, full-color copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification document. The document must be current (not expired) and clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that you are the owner or authorized holder of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, DANA, OVO, GoPay, or ShopeePay account in your name).
• Source of Funds Declaration: In cases where deposits exceed certain thresholds, xn888 may request information regarding the source of the funds deposited. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control.

xn888 will process KYC documents within three (3) business days of receipt of a complete submission. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. xn888 reserves the right to refuse or suspend a withdrawal pending satisfactory KYC completion.

All deposits on the xn888 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). xn888 accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposit limits are denominated in IDR. xn888 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited amount, minus any transaction fees.
• xn888 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency payments.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to two (2) hours. If a deposit is not reflected after two hours, contact xn888 support with your transaction reference number.
• xn888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xn888 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals of real-money funds are available to Users who have successfully completed KYC verification. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is applied as an anti-money-laundering control.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the point of request. xn888 reserves the right to adjust this minimum at any time.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Users are processed within an average of three (3) minutes and no longer than twenty-four (24) hours for standard requests. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may take longer.
• xn888 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard requests. Expedited processing fees may apply in certain circumstances and will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting the applicable wagering threshold will result in forfeiture of those bonus credits.
• xn888 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal and to delay payment where such checks are ongoing.
• In the event of account closure or termination, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or policy violations) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

xn888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all xn888 bonuses and promotions include:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or markets as specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on restricted games will not contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
• A User may participate in each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account action.
• xn888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated via the xn888 website.
• Any bonus credited to an Account as a result of technical error will be reversed without prior notice. xn888 is not liable for losses incurred in reliance on an erroneously credited bonus.
• Promotions are offered at xn888's absolute discretion. xn888 may target certain promotions to specific User segments and is under no obligation to offer a promotion to all Users.

All bets placed on the xn888 Platform are subject to xn888's applicable product-specific rules, which are published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by xn888. xn888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds are displayed in error or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
• Odds Errors: In the event that manifestly incorrect odds are published due to a human or technical error, xn888 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, irrespective of whether the outcome has been settled.
• Match Postponements and Abandonments: Rules regarding postponed, abandoned, or void sporting events are governed by the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, xn888's trading team decision is final.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. xn888 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets and may suspend them at any time without notice.
• Maximum Winnings: xn888 applies maximum winnings caps per bet, per day, and per product category. These limits are displayed on the Platform. Winnings exceeding these limits will be paid to the cap; the excess will be forfeited.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with xn888 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event's conclusion. xn888's decision on any bet dispute, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and the applicable product rules, is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xn888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Clause 2.
• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-driven tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other Users, Platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live casino environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform — whether in games, payment systems, or promotional mechanics — for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-margin wagering strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your Account or any Account funds to any third party.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise any part of the xn888 technical infrastructure, servers, databases, or security systems.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, trade names, graphics, and other intellectual property accessible on or through the xn888 Platform are the exclusive property of xn888 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without xn888's express prior written consent.
• Use any xn888 trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the xn888 Platform on another website or application.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software or application forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of xn888 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or criminal prosecution under applicable law. xn888 actively monitors for intellectual property infringement and will take prompt action to enforce its rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xn888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the xn888 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill.
• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or delays in processing bets or transactions.
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in odds, game results, or account information arising from technical malfunction.
• Unauthorized third-party access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

xn888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xn888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

xn888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe or provision of fraudulent documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable dormant-account notification procedures.
• A request by you to close your Account, whether for personal reasons or as a responsible-gaming self-exclusion measure.
• Receipt of a chargeback, reversal, or disputed payment instruction from your bank or e-wallet provider.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting xn888 support. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining real-money balance (excluding any forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is closed by xn888 due to a breach of these Terms, xn888 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation and to deduct any losses, costs, or damages incurred by xn888 as a result of the breach.

xn888 collects, stores, and processes personal data about Users in connection with the operation of the Platform and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. By registering an Account on xn888, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key points include:

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

xn888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, xn888 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via the contact details associated with their Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the xn888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
